MEMS microphone

MEMS microphones are generally composed of MEMS microcapacitive sensors, micro-integrated conversion circuits, acoustic chambers, and RF anti-interference circuits. The MEMS microcapacitance head includes a silicon diaphragm and a silicon back electrode for receiving sound. The silicon diaphragm can directly receive the audio signal and transmit it to the micro-integrated circuit through the MEMS micro-capacitance sensor. The micro-integrated circuit converts the high-impedance audio electrical signal and Amplified into a low-impedance electrical signal, filtered by the RF anti-noise circuit at the same time, and output an electrical signal that matches the pre-circuit, the “acoustic-electrical” conversion is completed. Through the reading of electrical signals, the recognition of sound is realized.
